FALL UPDATE
We are often quiet in the summer, as many of us are away; but as we move into fall, we become active with events, and this year is no exception.
You may recall that we postponed our Ponies and Pizza spring event in Lunenburg County and this event will still take place on an upcoming weekend, although the date has not yet been set.
The Wellness Expo returns to Halifax on Saturday and Sunday, October 13 and 14. Due to support from the owners of the show, we will again have a booth. Please consider volunteering some of your time to help with this important outreach event.
